A plea for attention?

Db_teresa_may_01

Theresa May appeared on stage after William Hague's speech wearing these boots with a leopard picture on the side, presumably angling once again to secure newspaper coverage through her footwear.

The Tory press office say she will not actually be needing them until Tuesday, when she takes part in the Tories' gardening project. A desperate move?

You don't suppose that after all the fuss about her footwear on a previous occasion she might just be poking fun at the sort of journalist who writes about such rubbish, do you? She's probably sitting at home now thinking, "Gotcha!" and laughing at journalistic idiocy ...

The only comment on this is surely, ' What big feet Grandma '

What signal is Mrs May sending out with this latest display of bizarre footwear? Perhaps that it's time to give Dave the boot.
